Research Associate
Md Anas is a Research Associate - Aviation at VURDHAAN, with a strong technical foundation in aeronautical engineering and a growing specialisation in aviation sustainability and regulatory compliance. He actively researches and analyses international environmental schemes including CORSIA, EU ETS, ReFuelEU Aviation, and UK ETS, supporting data-driven insights and regulatory intelligence for the aviation sector.
Alongside sustainability research, he brings hands-on technical exposure to aircraft maintenance documentation, including AMM, CMM, WDM, SRM, and IPC, supported by working knowledge of aviation documentation standards such as ATA 100, iSpec 2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100. He is also experienced with technical authoring and illustration tools including PTC Arbortext Editor and IsoDraw.
His combined understanding of aircraft systems, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability mechanisms enables him to bridge operational aviation knowledge with emerging decarbonisation requirements across the global aviation industry.
