The updated list spans all EU Member States, identifying both domestic and foreign aviation fuel suppliers, such as World Fuel Services (UK-based) and Kuwait Petroleum, that operate across multiple EU jurisdictions.
Purpose and Responsibility
While this list is comprehensive, it does not imply exemption for unlisted entities. Each supplier is independently responsible for determining whether they fall within the scope of ReFuelEU Aviation and ensuring compliance with national legislation.
